Mois après mois, il est toujours très difficile de dénicher des signes encourageants. Au mois de mars, j’avais repéré notre book bill en croissance depuis décembre 2008. Raté, celui d’avril est redescendu au plus bas à 0,864, mais avec le mois de mai qui se profilait, il ne fallait pas s’attendre à des miracles. Tous nos indices sont donc maintenant dans le rouge, soit en baisse, soit particulièrement bas ; à l’image de vos commentaires.
« Il ne peut pas y avoir d’avenir sans électronique », c’est un axiome, ce n’est pas faute de le dire, de le répéter, de le seriner, de le chanter sur l’air des bijoux ou de we will survive. Malgré les efforts, l’excellent et considérable travail de la FIEEC depuis plusieurs mois : il n’y aura pas de plan de relance pour l’électronique. Luc Chatel, dans son allocution du 27 mai à l’AG de la FIEEC, considère que l’industrie est un élément essentiel de notre santé économique et qu’elle nous permettra (l’industrie) de sortir de la crise. Mais considérant que tout a été fait pour la relance de l’industrie, il propose la création au sein de la Commission Permanente de Concertation pour l’Industrie (CPCI), un comité stratégique pour les marchés porteurs. Ce n’est sans doute pas ce que l’on attendait pour le court terme... Ne vous y trompez cependant pas, indépendamment de cette déception par rapport à l’actualité brulante, ce comité stratégique est réellement un signe politique fort ; imaginez donc que çà n’existait pas ! En attendant il faut tenir le coup, plus on avance, plus on se rapproche de la sortie de crise reste à savoir dans quel état.

Missed, that of April came down again at the lowest (0,864), pretty normal, one should not expect miracles with the month of May which was outlined. All our indications are thus now at the red, whether decreasing, or at very low values ; just like your comments mention.
« There cannot be a futur without electronics », it is an axiom; we must tell it, we must repeat it, drum it, sing it on a rhythm of the Faust opera or of we will survive. In spite of the effort, the excellent and considerable work of the FIEEC for several months: there will be no plan of relaunching for the electronics. Luc Chatel, in his short speech of May 27th to the général assembly of the FIEEC, considers that the industry is an essential element of our economic health and that it (the industry) will be a way out of the crisis. Nevertheless, considering that everything was made for the reflation of the industry, he proposes the creation within the Standing committee of Dialogue for the Industry (CPCI), a strategic committee for the expanding markets. It is not undoubtedly what we waited for in the short term...However, independently of this disappointment with regard to the burning current events, this strategic committee is a real strong political sign ; imagine then that it have not existed ! Until then, it is necessary to keep the chin up, the more we move forward, the more we get closer to the way out of crisis ; now remains to be seen in which state.
